Chris Fisher

Chris Fisher is a Senior Associate with Schellman. Prior to joining Schellman in 2021, Chris worked at a Big 4 accounting firm and a regional consulting firm evaluating risk and controls for Fortune 500 and private companies. Chris also led and supported various other projects consisting of Internal Audits, SOX Compliance, IT General Controls, and Contract/Third Party Compliance. Chris has over nine years of experience comprised of serving clients in various industries, including manufacturing, health care, and transportation. Chris is now focused primarily on SOC 1 and SOC 2 projects for organizations across various industries. Chris holds certifications including the CPA and the Advanced SOC certification.

Though many more easily consider June the month for celebration among the LGBTQ+ community, in fact, there is also reason to celebrate more than just Halloween in October. This month is also LGBTQ History Month, which means we are in the middle of a 31-day opportunity to honor the achievements and influence of this community on the world.
