If the respondent is not an employee of the Company, the Company will provide appropriate assistance to the aggrieved woman, if she so chooses, in filing a complaint in relation to the offence under applicable criminal law or any other law for the time being in force.
When a complaint is filed by or against an employee of the Company's client / vendor, then the IC will converge with the client's / vendor's IC to investigate the complaint. Complainant's IC has the jurisdiction to conduct investigation and respondent's IC can request for participation in the investigation.

The IC upon a written application made to it and if it is satisfied that the circumstances were such which prevented the Complainant from filing a complaint within the prescribed period, may extend the time limit for making the complaint for further three (3) months from the expiry of the initial timelines.
The Complainant shall submit all necessary supporting documents and the names and addresses of the witnesses while submitting any Complaint to the ICC.
Where such complaint cannot be made in writing, the Presiding Officer or any Member of the ICC shall render all reasonable assistance to the Complainant for making the Complaint in writing.

The IC shall make an inquiry into the complaint in accordance with the principles of natural justice and in compliance with the applicable law.
