In October 2022, the European Data Protection Board approved the Europrivacy Seal. It is the only GDPR certification officially recognized by all EU Member States.
 
Schellman has a partnership with the European-based ICTLC, who is a strategic consultant in legal compliance and information security. ICTLC was an active contributor to the drafting of this scheme. Now that Europrivacy is a reality, ICTLC is advising clients on compliance steps and certification.
