  • Complaints or appeals for ENS certification services per ISO 17065
  • Complaints of appeals for federal assessment services (FedRAMP and CMMC) per ISO 17020
  • Complaints or disputes regarding CBPR/PRP certifications or services
  • Complaints or disputes regarding organizations certified against the Data Privacy Framework
  • Complaints regarding HDS certifications or services
  • Complaints, appeals, and or other compliance inquiries about Schellman should be submitted using this form. Upon receipt, we will investigate the matter fairly and promptly. The submitter of a complaint will be kept informed of the disposition of the complaint.

All findings and/or results are not made public unless required by a court of law.
