Compliance Inquiry / Complaint Form

Schellman takes complaints or inquiries regarding compliance against itself or its clients seriously. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Complaints or appeals for accredited ISO certification services per ISO 17021-1
  • Complaints of appeals for federal assessment services (FedRAMP and CMMC) per ISO 17020
  • Complaints or disputes regarding APEC certifications or services

Complaints, appeals, and or other compliance inquiries about Schellman should be submitted using this form. Upon receipt, we will investigate the matter fairly and promptly. The submitter of a complaint will be kept informed of the disposition of the complaint.

All findings and/or results are not made public unless required by a court of law.
